Old Bordenian Ladies 2nd X1 - 4

Old Bordenian Ladies 2nds' win this week made sure they finished champions of division 5 with 2 games to play.  The game did not start well for the ladies, going a goal down in the first five minutes, but they soon equalised with a sweeping goal in from the left by their youngest player, Vicky Shelley.    Shelley had to equalise again just before half time and did so in exactly the same way as her first.  The second half was dominated by Old Bordenians, looking for the win and the top spot, and goals finally found their way in via Catherine Weber and Emily Wakelen.  The game finished 2 - 4 and the ladies are already looking forward to promotion again.
