This was a great game for Old Boys who welcomed back players from overseas, who turned up just as the start whistle was blown.  Old Boys played hard throughout the game, playing the hockey they have developed this season but which had been missing in recent weeks.  Most of the possession in the first half was held by Old Bordenians, constantly pressuring the Brom/Becks defence, which soon led to a goal from Lindsay Ellis, firing the ball into the back of the net.  The game in the second half was very much like the first, Old Boys constant pressure leading to another amazing goal from Karen Ealey, dribbling from the 25 yard line through the defence, and into the D, the ball recerberating against the backboard.  The final score was 2-0 to Old Bordenians.
