The preferred method of payment is by Standing Order, spread over 12 months and preferably on a continuing basis so that you dont have to renew the Standing Order every year. All members should therefore obtain from their captain, the treasurer, from behind the bar or download from this website, a Standing Order mandate and complete their details. These forms then need returning to your captain or the Treasurer (Dave Crombie).
All subs are due by 31st October. That means either full payment or a SO mandate must be received by that date. If neither is received then we reserve the right to increase the subs by £10 for every month that they are late and to not select the individual concerned for any team.
For your information subs are as follows:
Adult (over 18 and employed) - £120
Young Adult (under 18 employed) - £ 30
Junior & Concessions - £ 30
(Under 18 in full time education or adult unemployed)
If you are unsure of your status then please ask your captain, Alan Wilson or Dave Crombie. If there are any circumstances that you feel are exceptional then please contact Dave Crombie or Alan Wilson to discuss this (e.g. what is full time education?)
If you have difficulties in paying the subs then again please contact Dave Crombie or Alan Wilson to discuss how we may help. Also if any players are only available occasionally then please do the same.
The club relies heavily on funds received in this way so please make every effort to ensure that you sort this out as soon as possible.
