Maidstone – 2

A disappointing result, but an excellent performance.  The team continued the flowing hockey from the last two weeks, but Maidstone fought weel after OB’s took a 2 – 0 lead, goals comng from Young and Cashman.  A defence based on the experience of Gower and White linked well with the youth of Charlesworth and Glazier.  Elkin put in a tremendous performance in midfield with strong running and good vision.
