Top of the table Bordenians' 4Bs anticipated a tough game against third placed Sevenoaks and so it proved to be. Bordenians were lacklustre and their usual cohesion and team understanding were missing.  Sevenoaks are a much more mature and more experienced team than Bordenians' development team and although normally the flair and talent of the team would make up for the comparative imbalance of experience, that did not happen on the day. Whilst the 4Bs worked hard and created several scoring chances, the conversion rate was much lower than required and Sevenoaks, but for one goal, reversed the score of the early season encounter.
