An excellent game full of great hockey by both sides made for a fun match to be involved in. Old Bordenians surged forward creating many chances, before Tony Cashman, Bradleigh Barrett and Sam Conway linked well to set up Nathan Cashman to score the opener.  Cliftonville hit back immediately with a sharp breakaway goal. A fine short corner routine ended with Nathan Cashman restoring a 2 - 1 Old Bordenian half time lead.  Paul Young, Adam Houghton and Rob Elgar built well for Oliver Hewlett to score Old Boys' third goal.  Matt Luckhurst rounded off the Old Bordeninans scoring to make it 4 - 1.  In defence, David Baker Graeme Moore and Jeremy Hewlett were again rock solid.
