A disappointing end result from what really should have been a comfortable win for Old Bordenians  .Burnt Ash scored a breakaway goal and had two short corners in a half dominated by Old Bordenians attacking play. Running repairs for injuries disrupted Old Bordenians normal flowing style for a time. Countless penalty corners and open play chances went begging during the second half .
