Playing the top of the table side, the Old Boys made a poor start to this game conceding two early goals. However, Bordenians slowly hauled their way back into the game and some fine passing moves across the pitch pulled one back through a sharp pass from Blades for Archer to fire home.
 
However, with the Old Boys chasing the equaliser, Canterbury were able to secure the points after a breakaway. Next week Bordenians welcome Eastbourne.
