The Old Boys 2^nd X1 secured another win at the weekend away at Old Williamsonian, a venue they have struggled to get anything from over previous seasons. With a couple of changes to the side, the game was evenly contested with both 'keepers making a couple of saves before a penalty stroke was at last converted by Scholfield. However Willies struck back quickly from a short corner and the game looked evenly balanced. The Old Boys eventually broke the deadlock when Roche scrambled the ball in after a melee in the D. In his debut game for the 2nds, Michael Willis had an excellent game at right back and was made Man of the Match.
