Old Bordenians suffered only their third defeat in the league this season when league leaders Ashford eased passed them on Saturday.

OBs found themselves on the back foot from the first whistle and an in-form Ashford quickly punished OBs and were three up at half-time.  Bordeinas fought hard in the second half, scoring twice but Ashford to continued to dominate and added four more goals before the end.

Another good reminder for OBs that this is tough league and they need to raise their game for their trip to Marden Russetts next Saturday.
